vpn이라는 특성상 위키위키 사이트를 반달하는 목적으로 악용되곤 한다. 나무위키도 이를 악용하는 유저가 늘어남에 따라,vpn 서버를 거의 모두 차단(삭제됨)하게 되었다. 반달 이력이 없어도 vpn 공유 사용시 차단될 수 있으니, 주의해야 한다.
